Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btji ("btji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the btji website located at btji.io and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and payment processing facilities.

By creating a btji account, accessing the platform as a guest, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the btji service, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the btji platform and close your account.

btji reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility and Registration

To register a btji account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. btji does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus on the platform.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts on btji.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Any account created using false, misleading, or unverifiable information is subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure.
4. You must not already hold an active btji account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at btji's discretion.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from btji, whether voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms.

btji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. btji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.

By registering, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that all funds deposited into your btji account are your own, derived from legitimate sources, and free from any association with criminal activity or money laundering.

Account Management

Each registered player is entitled to hold exactly one btji account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. btji strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to protect your account from unauthorised access.

• Account credentials: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. btji will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and notify btji support.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account with any other person, or allowing any third party to use your account for any reason, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting btji support. Where a balance exists at the time of closure, btji will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements being met.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. btji will send a written notification to the registered email address before any inactivity fee or administrative charge is applied.

btji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, a failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where continued operation of the account would expose btji to regulatory or legal risk.

Deposits and Withdrawals

btji processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. btji does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party payment processors not listed in the platform's banking section.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your btji account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your btji account. btji does not charge a deposit fee, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the btji support team. Fully verified accounts typically receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within fifteen minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Your btji account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active bonus funds must be wagered in full before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
3. btji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 per transaction.
4. Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name will not be processed under any circumstances.
5. btji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

btji offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a fully registered and verified btji account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount (where applicable), a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount), a validity period, and any game restrictions. These specifics are displayed on the promotional page and in the terms associated with each individual offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full within the validity period. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• btji welcomes bonus claims made in good faith. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including by registering multiple accounts, exploiting low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements against the spirit of the offer, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus removed and winnings voided.
• btji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn during an active bonus period, players will be given reasonable notice and any accrued progress towards the wagering requirement will be honoured.

Game Rules and Sports Betting

All casino games available on btji — including slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, crash games, and card games such as 3-Hand Casino Hold'em — are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface by the respective game provider, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, financial transactions, and prohibited conduct; in-game rules shall prevail in respect of game mechanics and outcome determination.

For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — the following rules apply:

1. All bets are accepted subject to the btji sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sports betting section of the platform.
2. btji reserves the right to void any bet placed after the event result is known, or where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault.
3. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the btji sports betting rules for the relevant sport. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
4. btji does not accept bets from any person who has inside information about the outcome of an event, or who is in any way connected to the participants in that event.

btji uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all non-live casino games. The RNG is independently tested to ensure that outcomes are statistically fair, random, and not influenced by any prior result or player action.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the voiding of any winnings, the forfeiture of any remaining balance, and the reporting of your activity to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion: Any form of cooperation between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage over btji or other players, including chip dumping, soft play in poker variants, or coordinated betting patterns.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on sporting events where you have, or reasonably ought to have, advance knowledge of the outcome, or where you are in any position to influence the outcome.
• Automated systems: The use of bots, scripts, automated click tools, exploits, or any software designed to interact with btji in a manner not intended by the platform's normal user interface.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, executing fraudulent chargebacks, or any other activity intended to obtain funds or benefits from btji dishonestly.
• Money laundering: Using the btji platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one btji account per person or per household for the purpose of claiming multiple new-player bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the btji platform — including but not limited to the btji brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the arrangement and selection of content — is the exclusive property of btji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btji platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any btji content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of btji.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the btji platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or events outside btji's reasonable control (including telecommunications infrastructure failures affecting access from Bangladesh);
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracy in live sports data, odds feeds, or match statistics provided by third-party data suppliers;
• Any loss arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to your mobile financial service provider, including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

btji makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis or that all games and services will be free from errors at all times. Where a platform error directly causes a player to suffer a financial loss (for example, where a game disconnects mid-round and the outcome cannot be determined), btji will investigate the incident and, where the error is confirmed, either void the round and return the stake or settle the round based on the game state at the point of disconnection.

Nothing in these Terms limits btji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

btji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, btji will provide reasonable prior notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the account, or via a prominently displayed notice on the btji platform, or both.

The date on which the current version of these Terms took effect is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the btji platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your btji account before the amendment takes effect and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Where an amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation, btji may apply the change without prior notice, though notice will be given as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, any dispute between you and btji arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform should be referred to the btji customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within five business days of receiving your written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and btji agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. btji is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide a written response to any formal complaint within ten business days.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, and btji will not seek to use any dispute resolution mechanism to circumvent any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you as a player in Bangladesh.
